I am starting a discussion about worry. Many of us (myself included) are in a regular state of seeking new information to keep up with what all is going on. I wanted to make a point about what kind of feelings this frame of mind has the potential of creating. The one feeling I wanted to touch upon is "worry".
Do you worry about missing a key piece of information? That's okay if you do! I do from time to time. Although, I will share a personal thought;...I'm getting kinda tired of feeling worry. It doesn't help me and the feeling creates tension.
Worry is a natural feeling considering the kind of consciousness we've been experiencing for centuries. However, the feeling of needing information to understand more is, I feel, like a part of survival consciousness. Which is what we're leaving behind.
The separation of time (transitioning into NO-TIME) is something I feel is a part of letting go of worry. Without worry, (concern for future events), Our awareness is not likely to keep thinking about a possible negative outcome and focus more in the NOW moment.
What does everyone else think?
