I love you!

Whenever I put myself through tough times it's great to know that there are so many others who are going through the same feelings...and who are hoping for the same end. Yeah, I'm working on it. Working on developing loving detachment. Yeah, we all have issues with this world. Some anger, some sorrow...but also some greater part of us that knows better? hmm? yes? We know how to heal this once and for all!

but yes...we're all familiar with the list of fear-based symptoms, eh?

... or is it ALL already in Divine Order..no need to do a thing ? (LOL)
COULD BE!!!

It's kind of a roller coaster ride for me,
In the evening I'll meditate, note my progress, and make more loving requests for the development that I want!

then I'll wake up in the morning with this 5D energy, just having been on some adventures,
and it's so blissful,

ahhh,

but this world is a bit of a distraction! and so are my habitual tendencies to get fed up with it...

and the next thing I know...
There goes my vibrations! Into a state of well, you know...

the uncertainty, the blame, the sadness, the whole shebang.

Or maybe I'll feel great and wonderful and holy all day long!

Just gotta work on my mind there...

Loving detachment... yes... me too Sonia... I AM really workin big time on alignment, I want to be sparkeling in 5d...I find I AM getting lighter more and more... physicaly, must be my Chrystaline body kicking in...well, thats what I tell myself, maybe I need to gain a bit of weight.. I AM as a feather :o)...in fact my mom used to tell me that if I turn sideways and stick out my tounge..I look like a zip :o)

Bless you for your wisdom! We do need to support each other and we are all feeling the effects of ascension-itis believers or nonbelievers, we are having our insecurities, our 3D addictions and our drama's pulled away and it makes many people uneasy and afraid.
I've found it seems to come in waves; headaches for three days straight and then a release like a vise has loosened in my head and forehead followed by bliss until it starts again.
I heard you can bless water to give it more power to heal your body, does anyone know how to do that? What is this about light filters for your water? Does that really work?

Still have the odd 3d Addiction...hmmm... one roll up ''european'' cigerette in the evening...LOL..:o)
oh I get the whole gauntlet Kelly, all of the above and more besides... feel I have been through a bizzar recuring horror game show mixed with Alice in wonderland in hell for the past 26 thousand years or so :o)

Ahhh,

but sadly,

what if you're done with addictions but you have someone telling you to eat things that don't align with your intuition? Such is the agony of the college student who wishes she'd chosen to move out of home...

I really really want my independence over all,

my biggest fear, I think, is living in a world where I have to take orders from people who know less than I. It's very frustrating.

(I'm still full from those cheesy perogies! And I just wanted Indian food! ack!)

I learned in the Ho'oponopono workshop that you can fill a cobolt blue glass bottle with tap water, place it in the sun or under a light bulb for an hour and you have blue angelic solar water. You can drink it, water plants, etc.

You can say something like this over the glass of water:
In the name of the I AM THAT I AM, I bless this water;
I ask the Angels to clear this water of all negative frequencies
and recharge it with the love/light of the Creator for my
highest good.
I appreciate you, for you give me life.
Thank you water, for your gifts to us and to the Earth>

It's all about intention. I bless all my water, though at home the source is a delicious well! As I fill my glass or bottle or open a bottle, I focus my intention and say "with these hands and with this heart and with the Divine Intention of Source/God, I bless this water, I bless it's source and it's path. Let it be free of all impurity now and forever. So be it." It has become a great habit and I even bless the water I give my animals and water the plants with. I learned this technique from Quan Yin. I have been drinking a LOT of water to combat all the recent little aches and pains. Drinking Blessed water reminds me to drink lots more and I am adding blessings back to Gaia this way. Also, if you pour the tiniest amount of blessed water into a source...stream, pond, rain runoff, etc...it blesses all it merges with as well! Peace and yummy water to you!

It's also wonderful to bless food. I think it makes it tastier! And it raises the vibration. ^_^

That is so moving and inspiring. Thank you so much for sharing; it gives me hope that we are moving forward together. I too feel a "quickening" in the earth and feel resolved to fix my 3D issues more than ever.
Be ever in the light, it is awesome that your family is there with you each step of the way :)
